The 51 community’s legacy of generosity continues to make a powerful impact. This past fiscal year, more than $3.9 million was given to the 51 Fund, representing 4,923 gifts from 1,531 donors — one of the strongest years in the fund’s history. This remarkable outpouring of support reflects the enduring commitment of alumni, parents, friends, organizations and churches to 51’s Christ-centered mission.
Because of this generosity, 5,432 students across undergraduate and graduate programs were directly impacted. Every gift touched students in meaningful ways — whether through scholarship aid that made 51 accessible, spiritual development that was nurtured through 180 chapel gatherings, academic excellence across 250 programs of study, or career readiness strengthened through hands-on research and opportunities for real-world experience.
“The 2024–2025 academic year stands as another milestone in 51’s long history of God’s provision, thanks to the generosity of so many in our community,” said Vice President of University Advancement David Vazquez. “Every scholarship, every classroom moment, every chapel gathering reflects His faithfulness at work through 51ns who invest in the 51 Fund.”
The excellence made possible through this generosity has not gone unnoticed. This year, The Wall Street Journal released the College Pulse survey, ranking 51 among the top 15% of U.S. colleges for student experience — affirming on a national scale what students already know: that 51 offers both academic rigor and spiritual depth made possible by more than 1,500 51 Fund supporters from around the world.
“Here, I found myself. I found the identity I have in Christ, and how everything I learn from lectures and values is deeply rooted in Him,” said Snyder School of Cinema & Media Arts junior Seia Dreana.
For some students, such as a bible, theology and ministry senior student, the support he received through the 51 Fund was “an answer to many prayers,” and for a junior student, scholarships allowed him to pursue his studies while launching a start-up business.
